I have spent the last 20 years working as a creative director and graphic designer in four global cities. After starting my career in my hometown of Sydney, I relocated to London followed by Dubai, and now I’m here in the gorgeous Kansas City.

During my time at Cosmopolitan and Cleo magazines (Australia), Cosmo Girl and Zest magazines (London), Cosmopolitan Middle East, Stylist Arabia, and Harper’s BAZAAR Arabia (Dubai), I applied my keen eye to dreaming up bold covers, fashion shoots and beauty features, alongside world-famous celebrities, photographers, make-up artists and hairstylists.

After following my heart to Kansas City, I wanted to bring a bit of Australia to the city I now call home, and tapped into two areas I’m very passionate about. First, the sun. Unlike most other Aussies, and much to the disappointment of my friends and family, I was a dedicated sun worshipper who loved nothing more than seeing my skin transform from beet-red to deep bronze (I know better now). I am also a huge supporter of the body positivity movement, which encourages women to love the skin they’re in and live with bold confidence. This started during my time at Australian Cosmopolitan, when the magazine made a push to include more women of all sizes (it was considered revolutionary at the time) and I was so inspired by the women – family, friends, and readers – who were ecstatic to see themselves represented in a fashion magazine.

Having given up my sun-loving ways, but keen to recreate that feeling that only comes from having a hint of colour, and looking at how I can spread the body-love message in Kansas City, I’m now using my creative skills to give the women of my adopted hometown a customised, flawless, faux spray tanning service – and I can’t wait to meet you.
